At 22 years young, with just an International TD8 bulldozer and a Yumbo 3964B excavator, owner Charlie Diehl began his quest to provide safe, timely and quality earthwork development. Soon after his start in residential development, Charlie realized Diehl Development's potential and entered the commercial market. With a vast understanding of aggregate and soil structure due to 23 years of owning and operating a successful gravel quarry in LeRoy NY, Diehl Development then began to perform large mass grading projects for general contractors, moving as much as 300,000 CY of earth per project. Shortly after, Diehl Development entered into the public work market as a top-tier subcontractor with an initial concentration in athletic fields. Diehl Development now completes site work contracts as a prime contractor and has proven itself as a top-level competitor with the highest quality reputation in all markets.
